Shipping policy

We offer economy standard delivery using Emirates Post for domestic shipping or one of the reputed companies in the UAE for urgent delivery and GCC shipping.
We share your shipping information only, essential for delivery including name, contact number, and address.
We notify our customers when their order is shipped/prepared for delivery, and later by our delivery third party when the order is going to be delivered.

Domestic Shipping (within the UAE)
Standard delivery, shipment arrives within 1–3 days, from the time you place your order. That's free for orders valued at AED 100 and above all over the UAE.
- Payment Methods: Online payment, bank transfer, or Cash on Delivery (COD) are available within the UAE.

GCC Shipping (Within the Gulf countries)
Standard delivery, shipment arrives within 3–10 days, from the time you place your order.
- Payment Methods: Available via online payment or bank transfer only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders outside the UAE.
